Bread orders can be placed Monday- Thursday only and picked up on Saturday from 10am-2pm or the Tallahassee Farmers Market on Saturday from 8am-noon. Our sourdough goes through a 24+ hour fermentation process which allows for the flavors to naturally season the dough.

Our Mother starter is over 5 years old she enhances the flavor of our breads beautifully. Other ingredients include organic wheat flour, water, onion, salt, pepper, coriander, fennel seed and wild yeast.
