Bread orders can be placed Monday- Thursday only and picked up on Sunday after 12pm. Our sourdough goes through a 24+ hour fermentation process which allows for the flavors to naturally season the dough. Our Mother starter is over 5 years old she enhances the flavor of our breads beautifully. Other ingredients include organic rye flour, water, salt, coriander, fennel seed and wild yeast. Local pickup only.
